Processing & Lead Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $70
- Orders under $70 are subject to a $6.95 base shipping rate at checkout

We currently ship to the Domestic United States
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order ships, estimated delivery windows will be reflected in your tracking link. Please note that carrier delays, weather events, and peak seasons can affect delivery times beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at amy@theoriginaloilshop.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at amy@theoriginaloilshop.com and we'll work to make it right.
