Available as a topical roll-on, full strength (for diffusing/dilution), or compact nasal inhaler.

How to Use:

• Roll-on: apply to forehead, temples, and under cheekbones for sinus congestion (avoid eyes)
• Massage into chest and back for deep congestion and cough
• Rub around nostrils and chin for seasonal allergies
• Cup hands over nose and mouth and inhale deeply
• Full strength: add 5–10 drops to diffuser to purify the air

All our products are handcrafted in small batches and free from: artificial fragrances, artificial colors, parabens, and sulfates.

Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Cypress, Lemon, Sandalwood, Rosemary, Ravensara, Spruce, Marjoram, White Spruce, Peppermint, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Cardamom, Tea Tree essential oils. Roll-on also contains organic fractionated coconut oil (a tree nut oil).

• Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes, and sensitive areas
• As with all essential oils, dilute with a carrier oil before topical use
