How to Use:

• Roll-on: apply to wrists, temples, and over the heart for calming relief
• Apply before bed for sleep support
• Diffuse 5–10 drops to create a peaceful atmosphere
• Inhale directly from the bottle during moments of acute anxiety

Ingredients: Spruce, Bergamot, Frankincense, Lavender and Hemp essential oils. Roll-on also contains organic fractionated coconut oil (a tree nut oil).
