How to Use:

• Apply roll-on to wrists, temples, and behind ears before bed for sleep
• Diffuse 5–10 drops full strength for a calming atmosphere

• Blend with Frankincense and Peppermint for headache and pain
• Always dilute full-strength oil with a carrier oil before topical use — roll-on is pre-diluted
